Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and 2019 Consolidated Plan
Tuesday, June 4th @ 6:00 pm; Drips coffee shop (2205 N 24th Street)

Bridget Hadley will present, and she may need the whole time period for a discussion on TIF to inform community members about how it has been used for affordable housing in Omaha. There will be a recently released report available for reference, which can be found on this link.

However, Nicole Engels from city planning department says, “If we get to it, for the Consolidated Plan, we will be discussing briefly what kinds of data we used, the engagement process, and then focus on the Priority Needs and Goals in the draft Consolidated Plan, which is now out for public comment. We'll be asking for feedback on the needs, particularly ranking.”
