SHARE Omaha, the online giving platform for over 650 area nonprofits, is packing the power of giving into three days on May 17-19, 2022. Do Good Days will highlight three ways to give back to the community, and many organizations that serve Omaha’s Black community are getting ready to participate.
Tuesday, May 17 is Give on Tuesday, the day to donate money to organizations. May 18 is Wish List Wednesday when materials or items nonprofits need can be purchased or delivered at Shop for Good. On the final day of Do Good Days, SHARE Omaha encourages community members to give their time on May 19 for Volun-Thursday.
Whether you can participate in one day or all three, you can explore opportunities at Black-led, Black-benefitting organizations that are participating in Do Good Days on one, two or all three days. Click through the links below to learn more about these nonprofits’ causes and their financial, material and volunteer needs.
